An Informal Planning Meeting (IPM) will be held in Beijing at the China Association for Science & Technology (CAST) Building to plan the International Undergraduate Conference to be held in Summer 2009.

The meeting originally was scheduled to be held at East China Normal University in Shanghai in July 2008, but due to scheduling problems associated with the Beijing Summer Olympics, the IPM will be held instead to plan the major undergraduate international conference the following summer (2009).
